How long does it take?
It mostly depends on the university. Once we confirm your certificate is ready, we'll give you an estimate and update you on WhatsApp at every stage.
What does it cost?
Our service fee when you apply, plus courier for your address. Your university's own fees go straight to the university, never to us. If we can't complete your request, we refund our fee.
Is it safe?
Yes. Universities allow graduates to authorise a representative to collect for them, and we follow each university's procedure. Every document in our care is logged, sealed and tracked.
I lost my ID card. What now?
Choose "I lost it" and confirm a few details. We file the police report and affidavit for you. No police station or court visit.
I'm outside Nigeria. Can you help?
Yes. A courier picks up your ID card from you, and we deliver your certificate to your door abroad.
What is the power of attorney?
Permission for us to act for you on this one service only. It ends when your certificate is delivered or you cancel.
